NEWS: Buhari Not In Charge Of Aso Rock,Wole Soyinka Claims
Nobel Laureate Wole Soyinka Stated this during an interview on Thursday on PlusTV
Africa; He claimed that President Muhammadu Buhari is not in charge of Nigeria.
This was in reaction to an open letter written by retired Colonel,Umar Dangiwa Former military Administrator of Kaduna to Buhari.
In the Letter, Umar Dangiwa accused Buhari of appointing only people from Northern Nigeria into Offices, using a few examples to support his claims and warned Buhari to stop ignoring Christians and Southern Nigerians.
According to Prof Soyinka" l have said this before,i don't believe there is really anybody in charge in Aso Rock.l have been studying the trend over the past year and a half and I believe this President is not in charge of this Nation in so many aspects and directions.it is not a fact alone, we know the history of this, we know what the Nation and we know it is not over yet. And you said you are launching an enquiry. thats not enough"
The renowned writer added that the answer to the Country's Problem is Decentralisation and there's a need for people to be historically Conscious.
