A JOURNALIST TURNED DRUG DEALER

Meet Paa Joe Odonkor a retired journalist who quit his job as a BBC Journalist to become a drug dealer in the 1980s. He was once one of Ghana's richest drug dealers.

He owned Ferraris, Lincoln luxury cars back then. He later become broke.

Paa Joe Odonkor, a former Ghanaian Drug Lord advises people against using drugs and talks about the effects of drug addiction.

He said, being a drug addict is the worst thing to happen to any human being on earth. When the sickness Started I spent all the money I have and still no good health, I was happy selling my cars just to make sure I get better but right now I'm still in the same sickness. My body system was so destroy that the only drugs I get from the hospital is to manage my situation but not cure.

"I try taking my life twice, but it didn't work. I took overdose of drugs to kill myself but when I sleep, I still wake up to find myself on earth. Please stay away from drugs, it won't help you, I have been there and I'm talking from experience"
