In an organization where people or members are not given their due or required responsibility allowing them to know certain things about something things could eventually end up crumbling or liquidating.
Give the necessary respect and needed responsibility to whom it is required of. Many at times in our own mind, we think we are doing right, or standing on the right part of decision or judgement but it may surprise you that not all time are we right.
Let people (mostly who you expect much from) to have certain knowledge that are needful. Involve them, carry them along you will be amazed with level of productivity, achievement, growth and increase at the end of the process.
Appreciate them, care for them.
Where there is peace, there is patience and endurance.
