YOUTH EMPOWERMENT

Mrs. Chinwe Ugwu may have written her name on the sands of time as the only LGA TC Chairman that is inlove with Poverty Expansion Empowerment. However, Mrs. Chinwe may not have really done worse than others.
Someone once appointed hundreds of Executive Advisers that he do not even know. They gulped 60k each at the end of every month for simply doing NOTHING. He called it EMPOWERMENT!
While on the surface, it may not be glaring like that of Chinwe Ugwu, in reality, it is worse because Chinwe empowered less privileged citizens with more poverty, while he converted able bodied men and women, most of them, graduates into beer 🍻 drinking and intellectually lazy political appointees by empowering them to go and drink beers and share beers in their wards, especially during ward meetings.
Such peanuts created the heavy traffic of Sycophants we have today, and many, especially the agents of YOUTH O'CLOCK are struggling to get hold of any of such empowerment that may come around.
My problem is not those that accepted the empowerments, both wheelbarrow/headpan and Executive Advisers because they needed it. Aguu di and politicians have created enough hunger to make sure that these poverty expansion programs and policies look like manna from heaven.
My problem is the WICKED people who know very well that the billions wasted on Executive Advisers could build quality factories that will employ them and make revenues for the government or even their personal pockets but chose to impoverish them and prevent them from being truly financially independent. This is because they know very well that you need to perform very well before financially independent people can support you but once they all depend on you for peanuts, everything becomes an achievement for them.
Let me stop here so that the lazy youths I am speaking for can have enough time to attack me angrily, but it's not their fault. A hungry man is an angry man.

Meet The Successful Arms Dealer, Francis Arthur Nzeribe Who Sold Weapons To Both Nigeria and Biafra.

A successful arms dealer, Francis Arthur Nzeribe sold weapons to both Nigeria and Biafra during the 30-month Nigerian Civil War. As a matter of fact, Nzeribe traded arms in every single place there has been a conflict in Africa. In the 1960s, Nzeribe worked for Kwame Nkrumah as a speechwriter but after the coup that sent Nkrumah and his aides to Conakry, Nzeribe sneaked back to Ghana to work for the new government that had overthrown his principal. In April 1969, Nzeribe was involved in a bribery scandal with Ghana's Head-of-State, Joseph Arthur Ankrah which forced the latter to resign. In 1979, J.J Rawlings deported the Nigerian businessman from Ghana where he found his way to the United Kingdom to continue his arms-dealing business. In 1970, after the civil war, Nzeribe returned to Nigeria to open his first company, FANS Holdings Limited. In 1993, Nzeribe's Association for Better Nigeria approached the court on the basis of corruption and rigging to stop the announc...
